4. Booking and Payment
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via our website
Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to VAT where applicable
Payment is processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal)
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
By You:
You may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable
Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are non-refundable
By Us:
We may reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
If we cancel and cannot reschedule, you will receive a full refund
6. Refunds
Refunds are only issued where required by law or explicitly stated in these Terms
Dissatisfaction with a session does not entitle you to a refund
7. Delivery of Services
You are responsible for attending sessions on time
You must ensure you have appropriate technology and internet access
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by your equipment or connection
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Engage honestly and professionally
Not use sessions for unlawful purposes
Not record sessions without prior written consent
Respect confidentiality of any materials or discussions
9. Intellectual Property
All content provided during coaching, including frameworks, materials, and advice, remains the intellectual property of Tomlin & Co Ltd.
You may use materials for personal or internal business use only. You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or resell content
Share materials publicly without permission
10. Confidentiality
We will treat your information as confidential.
However, you acknowledge:
Coaching is not a regulated confidential service (like legal advice)
Absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances

Our coaching is provided for guidance and educational purposes only.
